Probably platform locked since I am on the Xbox and inviting you but you might be able to choose. Can't say for sure.

Most definitely man. This was one of the few games that I was actually pretty impressed by at E3.

Just says I invited you. You'll probably get an email to the address associated with your Uplay account. I got that, signed in, accepted some T&Cs, and then got another email with the code inside of minutes.
