Sure, though you won't get much out of it and it's mostly recommended that you do learn the knee at some point.

Most launch setups besides the knee can be 33P, 66K (Stun initially or CH), H+K (Raw), 4PP+K, 3H+KP+K, and 8K. The juggle easier methods can consist of the palm or 2P into palm due to the small refloat.

So for juggle you could use the jab strings into 2P palm, or a Dragon Lance Combo (3H+KP466P+K) but since you are not a fan of the 466P+K ender, the P+K standard version off DLC could still work, though can vary heavily in slope areas causing it to whiff or weight class.

You also have 2H+KP for refloat and part of juggle concepts even in the air. An example is 214P > 33P > P > 2H+KP > 2P > 246P palm. Should work on light and middleweights. You know how to do the palm correct?

Ah gotcha, the palm should generally work as replacement for 466P+K. Whenever you get the time though, try to see if you can get some practice in for 466P+K. I mean it's one of the most powerful singular strikes in the game ranging from 80+ flat into 90+ close hit.

Of course, how you want to play Akira is always for you. No one should tell you how to play and if it works for you, keep doing it of course.

So for wall splat combos, you can start off with a jab into multiple 2Ps into a palm. It's pretty standard and moderate to say the least but good normal damage.
