The movesets are deep and each character has a specialty but the actual gameplay is shallow, it's basically be cautious and guard or else you'll get launched and juggled. The focus on tekken is to catch your opponent make a mistake and blow them up for it which is why there's a neutral guard.

The screw attack mechanic in T7 will replace bound so combos will be longer, and there's now a comeback attack for if you're low on health too. You don't wanna be on the ground either XD you're helpless when juggled, floored or walled unless you can quickly escape
