The PS360 versions don't even get Patched at all.

Possibly, though that's a heavy mod as there aren't much animation mods going on. I also don't have any mods installed. And yes, the Steam version is updated the same time as the console versions.

If I recall correctly, isn't the Steam version of the game a port of the Arcade version? If so, then that explains it.
