I pretty much play them the exact same, Mila always felt like a "Leon Lite" to me to begin with, derivative of him like he is of Bayman. In any case, I focus on ground and pound with both them. usually resulting in people calling me a spammer because they don't like being grappled haha.

If you think that's a defense, you're delusional. Just because you pick a character that lacks variety doesn't make their repetitive bullshit any less repetitive.

That said, I don't have the same vendetta against perceived "spam" that others do.

How so? It's not like its just the tackle over and over. (thats the usual hatemail i get even if I never do the actual tackle during a match) It's just that EVERYTHING she does sets up the mount. Mila actually has quite a bit of variety due to how all of her stuff weaves together and leads into each other. All the feints and everything. I mean I get you don't like her but still.

Rachel's basicness works for her but Tina's Basicness works Against her, its weird for Tina to have more moves than Rachel and yet be no more dynamic than her.

Mila's got plenty of variety in the same way Hayabusa has plenty of Variety despite everything leading to an Izuna. Three different ways of doing one thing isn't Repetive, its Elegant. ;)

In tinas case her problem is most of her moveset is tied to combo grapples that are super impractical and almost impossible to pull off in a real match. Like she's stuck doing her super basic strikes trying to land the air and ground throw most of the time, just like Rachel. Luckily her strikes are deceptively fast and like, Bass, if she gets you in ground throw, you're stuck for a bit lol

Tina's got Two problems.... Theres some redundancy in most of her move set (particular her grabs).

And nobody respects her because she doesn't have anything Unique or devasting in her arsenal, for example her Ground throw doesn't do as much damage as the other grapplers nor do the animations enstill any fear or embarrassment in her foes.

yeah but Leon can tear your ass to pieces in seconds even without his combo grapples.
And yeah with Tina its a whole lotta effort for not much payoff. Have to rely on guaranteed ground grapples for anything with her.

Rachel's stomp doesn't do as much damage as Tina's ground throws. but once the opponent sees her boot crush their character's Genitals then you better believe they will Tech Up Everysingle Time. :)

Tina's biggest problem is she just doesn't Stand Out.

Which gets repetitive, especially when you consider how long the damn thing is and how advantageous it is, whether "escaped" or not. This is common sense.

Mila's feel just as long, if not longer. The static motion delay between inputs certainly doesn't help.

eh, perspective I guess. To me it makes a big difference that you are still doing stuff during hers (The actual combo part) whereas baymans are just like 3 seconds of him rolling over you to get into the armbar with no input from either player.
