Phase is great to me since she represents closeted bi people, she's forced to do what is expected from her and as a result she's sad and has a very forced presentation. Naotora is like that person who can't help being bi and constantly apologizes and fears backlash.

Gay icon: strong character who is secure with and unapologetically (looking at you Naotora) themselves. Rachel fits that and as for "bi icons" she's actually the only char in this game who's shown bi tendencies in that win pose where she eyefucks Momiji while saying "very nice" and kisses Ryu's ass so hard in the poses with him

I mean ones who appeal to me XD Rachel is good but I identify and look more in personality and naotora and Phase have those personality traits that make me think bi icon in my book. Rachel is more universal
