Nue can be a pain at first on your first playthrough I know. When you got the time, there is also a section of enemies weaknesses on your map menu tabs. When I checked I think he's weak against water, on the demo it used to be Earth but not anymore. Adding a water element can boost the damage after when he's inflicted by it. He'll also start flinching upon each blow.

Ditch all your armor, since mobility and ki sustenance is key. He has 4 things to look out for...
