Recovery frames in general are an underappreciated area of DOA5LR. Moves with recovery frames of like, 19 frames or faster, is crazy good.

I'd say anything on the 19 area or faster is really good. The disadvantage behind it is just the result of what happens in a trade of whoever side is going to win. Most of the fear factor comes with a string after it. I still think there is some oddities though. Hayabusa's 6P for example.
