I know where this question came from and you need to take into account the characters one mains when they mention their opinion of a tier list. Because almost 90% of the time they are not impartial and have bias on who or what their character has problems with. That being said, I play Honoka, I hate Ayane.

@CookingMama I don't care if someone chooses Ayane or Phase-4, I just want to see who people favour. And sorry about Honoka's stubby limbs lol.

@Force_of_Nature , I didn't mean it like that. What I meant was people who play characters that don't have a lot of trouble with Ayane are going to say Ayane isn't a very big deal. But those same people might get blown up by Phase-4, hence they think she is better.

Gameplay wise yes, personality wise no. Phase I like more regarding her personality, shes forced to kill and fight and has a right to feel depressed and carry herself in a forced manner

@CookingMama That is true, and can apply to any character. It's irrelevant here, because this is just an opinion section anyway. I.e. Of course there's biases. It's human nature.
