Momiji all day. She is easier to use and has decent damage output and tools for most situations. Elliot has 9f deep stun thing and after that he has to finesse a goats ass to win.

Eliot appearance wise. Gameplay wise Momiji, she's safer, faster, and probably one of the better spacers. Her limited moveset and somewhat linear style is a trade off, while Eliot has an edge regarding damage output

Mai has yet to win a tournament and she's probably one of the best characters in the game atm, and then Phase has won a tournament or two and she's considered one of if not the worst character in the game
