Hm, don't think so. The exclusive avatar (assuming here) might be possible, however the DLC and T-shirt will likely be event only like the DOAFES costumes.

I have to say, this is kinda pointless since this is a japan only event. Not just anyone over here will always have the cash to go to these events just to get a bunch of cosmetic outfits or exclusive avatars.
