Hopefully Tekken 7 will move up when it comes to console and I'm glad DOA made the list, although #19 is pretty off the mark imo

Forget Tekken. I'm more baffled at the fact that Virtua Fighter 5 FS - much less VF4 Evolution - didn't make the top 20, yet VF2 somehow did. No, baffled is an understatement... greatly offended.

Soul Calibur II isn't even on there. *sigh*

I'm happy to see SCV & DOA5LR make the list but looking at the other 18 games on this list kinda cheapens the honour. It looks too much like a "20 games that Japanese fighting game players are into at the moment".

It's the dated games of accumulation over the years. Mind you that CvS2 and SFII are in there too and those games are god old and not even supported anymore. DOA has less players in general and the fact that majority of the players who tried DOA simply are not fond of the mechanics. Whereas over here is a little bit of the stigma and mechanics with western responses.
