Heihachi: "... Dead or Alive? Now, why do I get the feeling that this somehow involves a ploy for some weapon-based science experiment or a world domination? ... Nah. Who the hell am I to talk."
I see no problem with them at all, the film grain is kinda gross but this is by far the best Tekken has ever looked. Tag 2 is super gross compared to Tekken 7 and colours aren't a problem IMO but I don't use a lot of colour
The skyboxes in T7 are fucking awful. They're the reason I hate Infinite Azure even though everyone else seems to love that stage. Worst offender by far is the Mishima Building though. That is a literal JPEG not even 10 feet away from where the characters stand, it is baffling.
Calling Tekken 7 the "best Tekken has ever looked" is not saying much. The game looks mediocre visually and is just "decent" by fighting game standards because of the lack of 3D fighters on PS4 or Xbone. DOA5LR looks better and it's based off of a 2012 game.
Mechanically the game is quite solid, though it's a pain in the ass online and the AI gets boring very quick. However, a smooth match against a competent opponent can still be a thing of beauty to play out though.
The loading time is a killer in T7. Seriously, do we need that "Get ready for the next battle" and the two portraits pop up in training mode?? lol. I would totally enjoy a setting to just take off the ready next battle speech or reduce the loading time on that screen.
