If you're playing Mila you should be able to deal with them easily. Because you don't know their frames, you keep letting them frame trap you. If possible try to stay out of their faces because majority of the VF characters in DOA have fairly poor optimal ranges.

^ yeah that's basically been my go to strategy is to stay out of reach and keep them from being able to pick up steam because once their combo starts, I Just have to eat it till they drop me. Leon is harder because slow and total lack of advantage, but raw power to compensate.

I'm so glad I play a VF character haha. Pokey plus frames lololol. I mostly play the spacing game whenever I fight against VF characters. Those frames traps can really mess me up.
