I thought it was based on a yearly donation, but perhaps I am wrong. Haven't had any extra funds to donate this year, but I look to get it back eventually if I am right.

I donated I think a year ago and it's always been there since but he did warn me about me having accidentally mentioned a site that has mp3s but that was a month or so ago and I'd assume my restriction would be gone by now
