I think it's because of the power she shares with Raidou.

Now I see. I didn't think that was an actual effect with her within DOA (didn't expect it to be an actual thing of being evil). The next game will probably explain it more in detail since she was only added to DOA5 with no story of that.

Hopefully they will explain her power in DOA6 *fingers crossed*. It's actually interesting to find out what happened.

Like Mama said, is due to her having the same power as raidou (probably for being his daughter like ayane), she also doesn't know the extent or the control of said powers, as 2 of her win quotes kind of imply that.

It also sounds like it'll allude to her role in DOA6, with Victor wanting to use that power for evil

The theory of her being a Marie clone infused with Raidou DNA is coming closer to being true!! Honoka for the new big bad!

Some interesting dialogue in the game. Still got some unlocking to do that i'll probably attempt tomorrow. I'll try to see the friendship events with each of them and see other bits.

Honoka is pretty good in Musou Stars. Punching and kicking the shit out of these blue marshmallows feels so satisfying.

Might be referring to her inheriting Raidou's power, if he should turn out to be the father. That guy just can't seem to keep anything in his pants.

That's a nice find there. Definitely has something to do with her and Raidou being related in some way.

Probably talking about her HnK power(red/black energy) and her ability to steal moves just by seeing them.

But I have to admit, it's hilarious imagining Hayabusa talking so seriously to Honoka having evil powers lol

I honestly gave a lot o thought about that some time ago. Honoka doesn't comprehend the extent of her powers, she sometimes lose control of it in the heat of battle, acting on instinct perharps, and her character development being focused on she trying to control said power.

I think we are going jumping the gun a bit here. She probably has potential for control, though If you unlock her friendship skits with Yukimura, Tokitsugu, and Hayabusa, they mention that while she can copy, it pales in comparison to the original in power and capacity, but with enough exercise (according to Tokitsugu) she can do things that might be 'different' than the original.

Honoka's response? she says that she doesn't like exercising (not even kidding, is she joking here? hard to tell when the dub is in JPN). If she's serious, she's literally missing out here.

I think Honoka might be the real deal of copy, eat, sleep, repeat. Profit.
