I don't believe so but if you're caught moving on the ground you can still take damage

It's Tekken. You can juggle opponents with almost anything. Hell, wake-up kicks start combos.

LoL... I think some character's Rage Drives can technically combo grounded opponents.

As long as you block and don't mash or press buttons when you're not supposed to you shouldn't be launched too often
