He has some differences, but yeah, he is basically a modified guile moveset wise, visually i think he is a jab at KoF.

I mean, his moveset in 3s compared to current guile? Probably on par or guile is a bit better, he got many tools while Remy has like, low fireballs and a divekick besides the basic guile moveset.

I mean guile is boring appearance wise and he onlyt has like two specials while Remy has more techniques, flair and his design is way more colorful and stands out
