I meant purely in terms of moveset, playstyle, technical approach, etc.

Kasumi got the teleport combos and whatnot, i can't think of bigger changes, Ayane changed a lot from each game as well, most characters that i tried in previous games fell similar to their previous iterations as well.

it's a good question. i leave this post so i can see what other users have to say about it, too.
