Well im not entirely sure its the game, since its only tbe XB1 version that seems to have the problem I have 2 full season passes and both DLC characters and doesn't even take 2 minutes to load up on PS4 and I have no problems on PS3 either.

Checking content on XB1 always takes ages. I barely have DLC on XB1 and have to wait a consistent 2-3 minutes every time I boot up the game. Loading on PS4 takes 5 seconds for me and I have no DLC on there.

PS4 is basically instant, yeah.

So I'm pretty sure its just a problem with xbox one

It usually takes 1 minute to check the content (it's still a lot) and I only have the DLC characters and a few costumes. Before an update, don't rember which one, it took 2-5 minutes, so it kinda got better to me.

I have a ton of DLC, but frankly it's been like this since LR was released, with just the DLC ported from Ultimate.
I wouldn't even have as much of a concern, if it reliably loaded, but sometimes it's 20+ minutes and nothing.
If the DLC was cross-platform like KI's is, I'd just switch to PS4, but it's not.
