Counter and hi-counter for parries and throws that do no damage ?

I was wondering since counter and hi-counter give holds and throws extra damage, do parries (excluding Alpha's) and throws that do no damage like Lisa's leapfrog and Ayane's ole' slip between the legs. Do they get any special treatment from counter and Hi-counter or do they function the same as if they were done without counter or hi-counter.

I can tell you that Ayane's no damage throw resets counter state and does not receive counter bonus damage. In other words, any guaranteed follow-up to this throw will be a reset.

However some like ayane get more advantage in their throw advantage.

So throws get an advantage, so it works the same for parries or different.

It's Not universal. Some holds and throws give more, others don't.
