866AiN999, who has been devoting his time to making power launcher combo videos for all characters as much as possible, made a request that I should make a power launcher combo video for Kasumi.
Any feedback is welcome.
When you see a RAW power launcher is executed in the video, subtract 25 from the combo damage you see in the window of the move details because for most of the time you're only using PLs after a critical burst and the damage from a power launcher is scaled by 62.5% for a CH(Counter Hit).
Damage from a RAW PL on CH - 40*1.25 = 50
Damage from a PL in the combo set - 40*0.625 = 25
Damage from a Power Blow is not affected by damage scaling. It's always 80.
