Is it just me, or is leon faster and weaker?

He seems faster, more precise, not as much of a powerhouse this time around.

Anyone else getting that feeling? Not saying hes nerfed or anything, just used to playing him as a bruiser, gotta switch tactics now.

Well its little things like his heel kick seems to drop faster, there's less windup on moves, etc
