Tag change voices are broken in PC version

In console version every characters says tag change voices with any characters.
but in PC version they are just mute.

Ayane&Kasumi = fine.
Ayane&Akira = nothing.
Every characters&Mai = fine. but mai says nothing except partner with some ninja characters.

And I realized it's broken since 1.08(maybe)Mai update.
So I was trying to find old version of DOA5LR for finding fine files but links are all dead.
Anyone can fix this issue?

So I downloaded old version of doa5lr with steam depot downloader. and I guess I found a file that has issue.

I played old version of doa5lr and the tag voices are work except 1.08 as I expected.

I tried to replace the the file(I tried 1.04, 1.06, 1.07 files) and the game sound messed or game crash.

I don't know about programing so I hope someone can fix the files.

As always really sorry for my bad english.

edit: Also I extracted PS4 version of the file.
