I agree but with fences otherwise the characters would fall into the sea.

BTW: By DOAD there was a stage inside the ship right ? Was it playable besides the story ? This looks very cool.
But I still want Kyoto in bloom and Arieal Gardens too.

I still miss this feature
Ah these stages and throwes were so cool , hope for them to come back ...as well es those costumes .

There are so many Classic Costumes which are missing in my Opion :/

Few time ago you said the opposite (so that you find unlikely the inclusion of another VF guest): there is some particular reason for your changing of idea?

The JP VF community seems to be transitioning at a steady rate to DOA5UA especially with the lack of a new VF. Also, there seems to bee a general acceptance of the VF cast there ... I wouldn't find it surprising if we get more ...

and personally ... I would love to have it :)

Kage's is ryu's failed Izuna, although it is cool to ring out people with it.
I have to give Kage credit for having the most realistically feasible of all the various, unrealistically implausible izunas.

But yeah. Hayabusa is the Izuna champ. I have never seen another character best his.

Thanks for the answer, so we should think that other Virtua Fighter characters could still to be useful for the arcade in what was the purpose of their inclusion in DoA5 and 5U (the interest of the VF community toward the game). At the same time it's also true that guest characters from another fighting series could be not the best alternative for a paid DLC character for the console version (btw even Tengu wouldn't be too much popular).

Like I said I would prefer no more guests, but I will accept any characters TN will decide to put in the game (with Tengu as the only must).

That is one stage from DOA4 that I wish would return. The cars being danger zones themselves was an interesting concept, though I can see why people might be a bit butt hurt over them. I know it's just a game, but honestly, what sane driver or sane people would fight in the middle of a street with busy traffic? That's why the Street stage works. It's on top of a building and/or inside the fenced outside in the back of the gym. The only thing I don't like about that stage is when the sign falls and causes the train to crash.

Hayabusa can enter an izuna after countering an enemy attack within milliseconds. He can chain aerial flying swallows that rip off limbs and then go straight into an izuna. He has izuna'd someone for a mile down an epic chamber.

That gif you displayed is child's play compared the the devastation, diversity, skill and mastery of the izuna that Haybusa demonstrates.

I completely overlooked and just noticed now that TN favourited my recent tweets asking (again) for the fixing of the subs of Brad Wong third victory pose and for the possibility to select the favourite Tag stage in the Team Battle mode.

I hope that this could be seen like an hint for the contents of some future patch :)

keep the cars! people who can't handle environment hazards just aren't DOA players, and they need to learn to be on their toes and aware of their surroundings!
I'd think there's a difference between Gambler's Paradise and the environmental hazards present in the stages everyone praises. Specifically, while stages Such as the DOATEC tower thing (it's DOATEC HK, right? from 3) or Aerial Gardens do have environmental hazards that can potentially change the course of a match, they're stable. Nothing will just happen on its own.

Home, for example. While it does allow certain characters to deal considerably more damage than others, it's basically fair; everything needs to be triggered by a player, and as such, it rewards players for competence. It does not, for example, have a table that randomly gets up and throws itself at the players for no apparent reason. Something like that does not reward competence. At all. As I've said before, randomizing factors, especially in a fighting game, are simply bad design choices.

In other words, no, random speeding cars does not a good stage make. Even if there's a pattern to them, it's still a terrible idea, as it encourages players draw their attention away from their opponent. And, y'know, you're supposed to watch your opponent when you fight.
