Any thoughts on his dragon kick @ :31. Looks similar to Jann Lee's, but couldnt tell if it was an unblockable or not because Christie was already stunned and kinda took it to the face.

Although if it was an unblockable, I don't see why you would need a stance option afterwards. It's probably more like Elliot's and either guard breaks, or gives large plus frames on block.

I posted this in the news thread, but I'm concerned that he won't have advantage when he cancels into Flamingo. The animation on his cancels just doesn't look like he has advantage and he may even be unsafe. That's troubling, but I'll wait until I play him before I make a final judgment.

He also looks a bit slow to me. That's also a bad sign. Almost like a TKD version of Zack, lots of cool stances and attacks, but 90% unsafe and therefore bottom tier.

Let's hope I'm 100% wrong...

Looks like a sidestep into a kick. So either the sidestep animation is faster, or the kick has a built-in sidestep. It looks faster than the other sidestep attacks though, so I'm guessing the sidestep animation is faster now.

It's high and slow enough to duck on reaction, so to me it doesn't matter if it's unblockable or a guard break.
