Is the same for every European country?
It would be so great, if we wouldn't have to wait for too long to be able, to purchase the preorder bonus ninja costumes. Hayate looks so awesome (at least in the art work). Normally it takes some time, until one is able to buy the preorder bonus, right? But not to forget: Let's hope the DLC is even coming for Xbox360/PS3. I don't trust them so much on this anymore... It took them a long time to kinda sneakily reveal (in some more or less hidden spreadsheet), that they were cutting much of the content on old generation consoles. Who knows, what else they haven't told us about yet?
On Amazon Germany you can freely choose between all of the three preorder bonus packs.

I wouldn't worry... the only reason there is a last gen version, is to sell some more DLC on the old systems.
Well you always get the "Ninja Pack" and you can freely choose one of the Bikini sets... only 1/3 so far, but I guess we could pick the Newcomer pack as well once it's officially revealed.
(Amazon seems to be the only retailer that officially has the pre order bonus here in Germany... guess it's not much different for most other european countries... seems like Italy has nothing so far tho)

Apart from the 2 new stages (which is a pretty big thing), what has been cut from the old gen versions?

Customization in the character select screen has also been cut, new hairstyles have been cut and no new particle effects in the stages or the new soft skin feature on old generation.
It should be possible actually... Team Ninja/Koei Tecmo should be on good terms wit Nintendo (Metroid other M, Hyrule Warriors), but for some reason there seem to be no plans. Not many people have been wishing for a DOA on WiiU too. I only here once every leap year, that someone mentioned this. There are a lot more people wishing for a PC version though. Or they are just a very loud minority. @__@

This is really making me want to not buy the 30€ full upgrade to LR... other than the missing stages, the idea of not being able to select the bound-to-happen loose hair option for Ryu is pretty heartbreaking. Minor, stupid, cosmetic, but also heartbreaking.
I wish there was a Wii U version because I own one and I'd like to play DOA on it, and seeing how Hyrule Warriors got so much attention with DLC and all... maybe it wouldn't be too umprobable. But Zelda is another market, and LR on Wii U would be a waste of money after all.
I'm sure of one thing though: if LR even gets on the Wii U, then boobs will be touched with the gamepad.
EDIT: Anyway, where are pics of Robo Raidou?? Not saying he's not in but damn I want to see how he looks like...
If I must add something, I would've loved a NEW male character (since the girl is NEW), but I don't have problems with Robo.

On PS3 and Xbox360 Last Round is basically just an update, that makes it possible, to buy the two new characters. That update is even for free... What you have to buy though, are (as mentioned) the 2 characters and the new costumes of the 1. costume contest. I guess, when you pay for all that, you get to the 30€ anyway, that the complete DOA5LR digital copy costs. I will probably buy and download the complete new game.

If you haven't bought Marie Rose, Phase 4 and Nyotengu already, you of course have to buy them too. They will be included in the full version of Last Round though. So, it would probably be best, to not just update for free and having to buy 4 characters, but to buy the complete game with everything included.I see... so does this mean that I have to buy the 3 DLC girls anyway...?

I'm starting to think that the Sengoku Kagura information will be released together with the announcement of the female character.
Team NINJA sees more to teasing than the hype itself.

Actually so far there is no confirmation that Ryu will get the loose hair in DoA5LR (even if I think that it's definitely a realistic scenario): the poster of Last Round where very likely you saw it, it was actually a work from a fan that TN liked and decided to repost on their FB page.

The official cover art for the retail copies is the poster with Kasumi and Phase 4.
In addition to it, TK used one with Jann Lee and Rig for promoting the game to a recent event in France (if I'm not wrong), making of it the only second official poster for Last Round.
