If Leon's costume makes it in the game, I can see them not including the tattoo. Character models are hardly ever changed/altered, even if it would seem fairly easy. :/ Even though I don't mind too much, I still wonder, why they wouldn't include Eliot's black hair streak, when the costume otherwise is 100% faithful to the original design. from the number and locations of the holes in his shirt to the UK underwear... Also, why does Kasumi get a new hairband for her LR costume but Ayane doesn't get the butterfly headband, that's imho needed to complete the costume?

Ayane's though, makes more sense because the way it was designed, they would have needed a new model for the hair, entirely.

That or I'm guessing they didn't get that it was a monkey king reference and didn't understand the significance of the headband.

It's not said that TN has to choose a new outfit for them between the winner designs (or a fan design at all), but considering their situation I find that there is a realistic possibility that they could choose their next outfit between them.

The outfits reamined out from the list of the winners are Jann Lee's and Rachel's one, both of them perfect in my opinion

Shiranui's design has no need of presentations, I really wish that in the end this outfit will become part of her vestiary: the outfit is great and neither really complex to realize, so I hope that there is a chance for it.

Jann Lee's one will appear too much simple for many people, but in my opinion is so perfect for him: it's a casual attire that is just in character and with a design resembling so well an his old outfit for DoA2 (that I really liked).

Considering how the outfit use elements almost all already present in other outfits in-game, I think that this design has an high chance to be chosen.

Sometimes simple is better imo. I really like that one for Jann and it looks like he's ready for some JKD training. XD

Well, they like to plaster other characters with flags/other insignia/words of their respective country, like Tina, Bass, Eliot and Hitomi. Why not for Rig? I wonder, why they do this only for several countries. They never give a sign of Mila being Spanish whatsoever? Of course they don't need to do such a thing... An ordinary German person, wouldn't run around with German eagles, German words ("Bezwinger", "Buchfink"...) or German flags on their clothing like Hitomi for example. I just wonder, why they do it for some characters/countries and for some not. o . O

Why do you say these designs remained out of winners list? Jann Lee's won 4th position, and my design (Rachel's) was out of the competition because of the hack but it was Community Manager choice and I recieved my prize as the rest of the winners

Well, for me it had a happy end already when they decided to give TN special mention prizes. This way my design could be declared out of the competition (what I can understand because of the hack) but it could be rewarded by TN. It was a nice solution, I think, to what happened.
Of course getting the design in the game, now that we know that they will be in Last Round, would be the best end possible for any of us. Let's hope it happen ^^
If not, I won't lose my hopes to see my Rachel's design in a possible future Ninja Gaiden 4...

I think the only concern with @Shiranui 's costume is it looks a bit too close to her original. Expect some edits if it makes it in.
