Amazing combo video with Ryu,it's always shocking to see how well he can use the environment to his advantage, unlike other characters.I believe that you are and will live up to your reputation and your name for a long, long time Master.

I don't understand these combo videos.

Take this clip for example:
https://u.pomf.is/ukztrv.mp4
Why include 5 different followups to the same launcher? Why not just keep the most damaging option, the second one, and discard the rest?

Not saying it was a bad video, some of those stage specific combos were great, but I just don't understand why the inferior alternatives of combos that start in the same way should ever be included into the same video...

Great video MASTER. The last combo was absolutely insane!

Those guaranteed backturned setups (3P), I can't get 3P to hit because my opponent is able to slow escape before I can even hit them with it. Am I doing something wrong?
3P after 46T is only guaranteed on counter or hi-counter. On normal hit, it can be blocked. On NH, opt for 6P.

Amazing video! I swear I wasn't breathing during some of these combos especially the guaranteed ones with the falling boxes. I'm always amazed by people who can find super gems stuff like that. Hats off to Master for showing yet again that he IS Hayabusa. I can't stress enough how much respect I have for all character loyalist. It's great to have pockets characters, but loyalist are the shit. When they play you can see and feel the blood, sweat and tears that they have put in. Anyway, inspiring stuff so I'm gonna get back to taking it all in.

Very simply Master wanted include for the most possible all the combo executable with Ryu in the game: this video wanted be a showcase of Hayabusa's potential in DoA5U, not a guide of what to use for increasing the damage with the character (even because in a such case the situational combo would get much less importance in comparison to what happens in the video).

In the end this is a video made more for astonishing and for displaying to everyone the possibilities enclosed inside the character, rather than for learning him and showing what to use for winning a match: something not too much far from what Destruction Bomb made with Akira, Jacky and Pai.

Any other practical value excluding timer scam potential, meter sparing, ease of execution and positional advantage (most of these don't apply to the DOA series)?
Style. You do it for the style points. Sure you go for max damage in tournaments, but bringing in variety in combos and showing off cool stuff in casual matches never hurt. Plus, fights are so boring if the same max damage combo is repeated over and over again.

That combo video was just down right amazing, and it was great to see what Hayabusa is capable of. I don't really care if he shows two or five or eighty-two combo enders/juggles. Showing multiple combo enders/juggles only have benefits since they enrich your knowledge of the character and the game.

Variety is still there with the max damage combos though, because we have diverse situations in DOA. Different "combo starters", environments, characters, weights, power blow availability, tag team, and also the human factor "practicality of the combo". Nobody knows all these options. Putting only the best in a single combo video would still mean entire days of footage lol. So do we really need the "stylish" combos too on top of the efficient ones? DOA isn't even centered about (guaranteed) combos. Style is also subjective, efficiency isn't.

Maybe one ender sets up an easy force tech. Maybe you want to sacrifice some damage in order to get an unholdable guard break that leaves you at advantage. Maybe you want to use an unholdable move that's safe on block. Maybe you don't like how one combo looks so you do another combo. Or maybe you just want max damage.

Those too, but they were not really the purpose of the video, but lol @ not liking how a combo looks

Why would I want to watch shitty combos in a combo video, just feed me with the best you can find right? Or am I acting too spoiled by valuing quality over quantity?

But like I said you WAZAAAAA this is never been the purpose of this video, the word "complete" in the title wasn't used randomly. This video is not a guide for using Hayabusa but want just show everything Master found so far: what to use, what to not use or also if to use something (because not being a tutorial but rather made for entertainment, this video is not fated to the players of Hayabusa alone) is left to the choice of the spectators. I really don't understand what is the problem, seems everything so simple to me.
