They didn't change any costume information this time. So it shouldn't break any custom DLC package.

do we actually have a confirmation that the new character is coming to the PC version?
doesn't mention anything about which platforms will receive the contents (as far as I can read it)
they might just pull a similar stunt as with the new stages or the recent costume features(transformation,etc).

The exe was updated with today DLC release and lnk_reshuffle won't work with it.
The good thing is the new DLC work fine even with the previous exe and of course lnk_reshuffle too ;-)
There's no mention regarding PC DLC release after Tatsunoko Pack and i was partially ironic posting the picture.There's no sign of "PS4/XBOX ONE only" warning too which is a good reason for me to think we will get the DLC.
We got Honoka so why don't we get another character?
The only real proof will be Steam DLC entry registration, until then we have to wait ;-)

It is a update hotfix 3, also a new exe, so or we need to wait, or sacrifice one slot
The new DLC uses the previously free slot 32 on most characters, so if you have a mod on that slot you are forced either to move it on another free slot or disable the new DLC.I don't know if they provided more free slots with the update but slot 32 is no more free.
