I actually just completed it and I'm watching the credits just now, definitely better than Gladio's. It was about 2 hours for me.

Just beat it myself, seems I was right about it being the length of Episode Duscae. Though, I have yet to do the side quests lol something to keep me playing unlike Episode GladioHope you enjoy it!

Yeah, I just completed it too. Took me 2 hours and I only did a side quest.
I really enjoyed the story, it's way way better than Gladio's episode in every aspect.
Also... I changed my mind : Aranea is best girl....
Will definitely play more to platinum it.

Anyway, now I'm sure that in episode Ignis we'll see Iris with him, definitely her or Gentiana.

Iris has been declassed..... she's also easier to beat than Cor

She always has been, you were too blinded by Iris' moe to see the true waifu material.
The camp scene where she's like "get your shit together or I'm leaving you to die" was the best scene. Not only did we get to see her cute as hell smile but we saw just how badass she is. *swoons* I fucking love her so much more now.

I've been playing Episode Prompto, but I haven't finished it yet. I think the story is typically anime cheesy and Prompto anime mopey...but at least there is a story, lol. In the one hour I played there is probably more story and explanation than in the whole second half of the main game.

And yeah it was getting into it a bit there with Promptos crying lol anyway I'm sure you'll be finished later today. The story though I this k was pretty good, it explained a few things. I was just doing side quests and they're good too.

The reason why I like Iris is not because of her "moe" appearance though, on the other hand... I thought I wouldn't like her before the game was released judging by her appearance, thinking she would have been "annoying" like idk... Yuffie? But I didn't find her annoying at all, plus every single attack she does in battle is freaking badass (I like kicks) and she heals too.
yeah, Aranea was definitely the center of that scene, I was actually kinda suprised to see her trying to help/motivating Prompto to go on and thinking more about himself. Definitely wouldn't have expected this side of her.
I've always liked Aranea, but I guess her poor screentime in the main game didn't make me appreciate her enough and it's kinda funny how "only" a few other scenes with her made me like her more. Unfortunately the lack of screentime is something that most characters in the game suffer from (Luna is a perfect example).

Agreed, finally we got something that answered some "important" questions.
She's not my type, but even Iris deserves a better comparison than that.
And then there's that pinch of mystery behind what she looks like 10 years later...
I swear to God, if her grown-up self ends up being more well-endowed than Tifa, Aranea, and Beatrix combined (let's throw in Jihl and Leblanc for good measure too), gets a complete personality change, and still keeps the short hair, I will post a video of myself eating a pack of Cup Noodles raw and uncooked.
I could stare at this all day.
