The genie costume for Helena just doesn't make any sense. I just doesn't suit her.

All she needs is a circlet and a veil on that genie outfit and boom we have an french/arabian princess, she's rich she can do whatever she pleases!

Well, I have quite the girlcrush on this person, so I'm pretty biased here. But that being said, I love the outfit Sophie Marceau wears at the end of The World Is Not Enough (here). I have the movie on my pc, so I tried to get some alternate POVs.
Her character is a rich heiress and the daughter of an oil magnate (sound like anyone?). When he dies, she inherits control of the company. It's not quite as sexy, but I really love the dressing robes she wears in another scene, when she greets her bad guy lover (so much so I put them in my avatar).
Think Helena would look pretty fly in either.
