    Confession: I like KBD in games. What I like about DOA/Tekken is that it has KBD in some form or another. Don't know what it is but KBD in games just looks so fucking amazing to me when you perfectly time it, your opponent whiffs, and you launch them for it.

    There's something about regular backsteps/backflips/back teleports that just looks incredibly dull compared to it, not sure why.

    Now just hold on there kimosabe! If Tecmo Koei gives what the fans want, this is a perfect time to release another doa game! Look at how stellar blade is coming along despite the backlash! Tekken 8 and SF6 are together on a plane spiraling downward!

    TK should go full on Hentai mode at this point. Cranking up the ESRB rating from M to AO! Keep in mind DOA has the top contender to deal with which is Stellar blade!

    Great post DB, this resonates with my thoughts and experiences with DOA5 & DOA6. Can't convert someone from their main game to DOA, unless they really don't like their current installment/game direction. For e.g.: Some SF players opted to play Tekken 7 over SFV back in 2017-ish.

    ???... KT has removed TN as developer for majority games on Steam they were previously the developer as. DOA5 (CF) is the only game to list Team NINJA and clicking it to see their list of games takes you to KT's steam page:

    This is probably a hot take but I would welcome a Resident Evil 5 remake because the game industry is frustratingly lacking in good co-op games / couch co-op games. RE5 is actually a great game, it's just not a typical RE game. I would be interested in seeing Capcom expand on what RE5 did right. However, I would be cool with much improved modernised controls and better Sheva AI at least.

    I like how RE5 & RE6's gameplay contrasts with RE7 & RE8's gameplay. Shows how the franchise doesn't rest on its laurels similar to Final Fantasy.

    @Force_of_Nature I don't think that's a Hot Take, hell i'd say most ppl enjoy RE5 as a co-op shooter, largely cause it's just a fun game played with a buddy and playing co-op means you don't have to deal with the atrocious A.I.

    same goes RE6, although RE6's A.I. is waaaay better so the single player is not as painful, even though it's anything but a typical RE game

    Random post, but retweeting a female protagonist doesn't make someone a porn addict. I literally have a girlfriend and yet she also appreciates that game lol.

    just as I opened my big mouth about Shift Up producing horny anime games, They go public for 2.3 billion dollars, and usually when studios go public the more fanservice-y parts of their games either get outright censored or toned down significantly, curious to see how this'll effect Stellar Blade and Nikke down the line

    Not trolling here: One of the Akira outfits in DOA5LR that I submitted and won (the white outfit with the eye patch) was actually based off Gogeta (DBZ).

    However me and the artist altered it so that it didn't look to similar to character by making the coat longer, added an eye patch+fangs for Halloween submission, and made it entirely white to suit Akira from VF. It was in fact, DBZ inspired.

    The man who created a series that arguably had the biggest impact of my life as a kid/teenager has passed away. DB is one thing, but DBZ was a journey that was immersive. Watching that show with 2 of my cousins along with a pet cat in a massive sofa waiting for the next episode from the Frieza Saga, all the way to the Cell Saga was something that was memorable. It was one of the best times of my life.

    The #1 thing trending right now is the Yuzu and Citra situation. I'm also a believer on game preservation. There's a lot of games back then that are extremely difficult to find.

    Some sites such as Amazon or Ebay, have rare games that are more than double on the price, and Yuzu+Citra shutting down will inflate the prices even higher now because of lack of game preservation.

    Another thing about this situation is that you may get bamboozled with a fake game or you're buying just a fancy case on sites like Amazon or eBay. Gaming companies, especially with Nintendo, needs to do gaming perseverance, even if the game is not a best seller or a bad one in general.

    Trying to get a specific Tekken 8 clip but I don't own the game & it'll be a waste of money just to record one thing ahaha. On top that I bought like 4 games back to back like FF7Rebirth & LAD:IW. Only makes sense on not buying a game if I can't commit to it currently.

    Trying to get a recorded footage of specific attacks. Will 100% give credit if possible.

    Holy moly, there's even a AI works for video editing. You can have AI try to match certain parts of videos and whatnot to cut or trim down things you don't want at a specific timeframe or to be able to make sick transitions. Shit like that will save people TONS of time if the AI does it for you.

    Making a backup plan at some point to preserve majority of the DOA videos I put out on a Reddit community and active Twitter account uploading (in case something happens on Youtube in the future), at the same time I might make that same Reddit community a DOA oriented at the same time so sorta been looking for moderators (optional).

    Probably don't have to do anything but figured I get tight knit friends I can trust.
