    If i recall correctly.. there is NO game that allows you to be + on whiffed moves. 100% of the time your - like you should be. All that was needed to be done was the advantage... but it seems like they made the move useless now w/ over-nerfs. Why make her 1PP -14 on block rather than -12? Makes no sense -_-

    the fact that they made the 1PP and 214P more unsafe doesn't really bother me because either way, you can punish the move with a launch grab (if your character has one) the punishing was just made esier to do on uch a rewarding, unsafe move...

    No it's not the execution. It's just that kasumi doesn't feel right for me... so I'm going back to the grapplers, and then I'm picking up Sarah... 'cause she the DOA equivalent to Steve Fox from Tekken
