    At a competitive tournament level: HajinShinobi, Force of Nature, Gill Hustle.

    In general and my honest opinion after 3 years: HajinShinobi, Force of Nature, Gill Hustle, Lord Arion, Aelivia, everyone else is just decent.

    When you are against a wall with a slightly elevated surface (circular area of Lorelei, against tree in Forest, near the laser wall of Depth) you can follow the throw up with PPP 1PP (P+K) H+K. I believe this is for lightweights only.

    So prior to the CB threshhold, Hiten-no-Mai 2K 1PP (P+K) PP P+K is a thing on lightweights.

    As long as theres no guaranteed punishment then I believe its worth looking at.....

    It's not the smartest option, even if there is no guarantee of punishment. The safest route tends to be the wisest in terms of frames.

    Well I can't afford to be Picky.... Tina has very few ground throw attempts that will leave her positive if she misses. So I stick to The ones that are -3 or less..... that way nobody can punish her.

    You can't always stick to moves that leave her at advantage...... sometimes you have to settle for Minor Disadvantages.

    I don't think theres anything unwise about being negative but safe....
