the word itself isn't the problem, it's more so the intent behind it, but, that being said, it was funny seeing the backlash he got from it.

@King Anubis I completely agree, i'm not offended and I don't see how it would offend others, but on the other hand, i'm also a white male so i'd have no idea how much differently that word would hit my ears if I was black.

comedyshortsgamer is an idiot, dude. he was talking about how scarce is biased, when the only reason he gave keemstar that ridiculous shoutout was because he himself was biased after scarce made the mistake of not getting his two cents in for the story.

it's definitely not you @King Anubis, don't worry. i'd rather keep that information between me and those who know, to avoid any unnecessary drama, and hopefully discourage anybody who sees it from shitting on others.

statements like that are only going to discourage the more naive, but still competent players from even wanting to show up at tournaments. so I have a hard time seeing the logic in this person's argument.

then, in the most contradictory twist ever, tells them to stop making tech that "they can't even use", and try to practice for a future tournament so that they "stop wasting their time." like, does this person not see what a little statement like that can do to the very players they're calling out?

basically there was someone who, as explained, tried to essentially discredit the work of many people in the community who put time and effort into finding tech by saying that they're not even going to be able to pull it off in a real match or some dumb shit like that.
