Rachel isn't really that dominatrix based... I mean, i can kinda give with her 2K on downed oponents, but that is about it, i give her leather suit more being based on 80's metal visuals in general, and personality wise she has nothing dominatrix about her.
@DontForkWitMe DOA has 7 ninja’s. Kasumi, Momiji Ayane, Hayabusa, Hayate, Mai and Raidou. And it would be weird not to have that many ninja’s when the game’s story revolves around a ninja.
@Sotherius all im saying is that she would not look out of place if i saw her on stage at The Crucible (it's a BDSM club located about an hour away from my house, dont ask me how i know that :P)
@King Anubis Last time i checked 7 is pretty damn near 10 which is what i said in my previous comment, thats not even mentioning you forgot phase 4 and alpha bringing that number up to 9. 9 ninja based characters in a single fighter is complete overkill no matter if the story focuses on them or not. theres only 4 Mishimas in T7 while the entire story focus is on them too so thats not really an excuse
@DontForkWitMe Tekken is around the Mishimas, a family, a bloodline, and while there is few "mishimas" gameplay wise, there is a lot of characters directly related to the Mishimas. DOA has the story around the Mugen tenshin clan, not only a family, but a small society.
And really, gameplay wise you can't compare many of them, they're vastly different even on a fundamental level. But if you want another example, Street Fighter focus around Ansatsuken (the shotos), and let's see how many there are: Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Sakura, Dan, Sean, Oni, Evil Ryu and Gouken, and i'm pretty sure i'm forgetting people.
