Free Step Dodge

I may be biased since ive been playing her since she got introduced, but I've never once felt like she lacked to the tools to be viable (great priority, versatile throw game, multiple skip neutral moves, multitude of safe and + gaurd breaks despite her priority, etc), that said I don't think she's top, but she's definitely not struggling, i'd say shes in "strong but not scary" tier, which is like what, mid? high mid?

After spending hours in training mode I've realized that she has some crazy shit like her combos etc...

After they buffed her and gave her a 4frame throw? Struggle tier my ass. She's borderline broken.

those throw buffs to this day confound me, i mean i'll take 'em but fuck, they were super unnecessary

@Chaos dam, I don't who's struggling to with Honoka in this game but i feel sorry for 'em, but yeah, she has ALOT going for her, can't see why anyone would think she's bad

Her arms don't help, she has really good stuff, but when half of her stuff whiffs even on close range sometimes how are you supposed to even get that good stuff lol She needed a range buff not a grappler buff a 9f grappler what even is balancing?
