low jab and any mid with less than 16 frame start up are supposed to work after you block flappy hands, but trying to punish that shit online usually just gets you counter hit to hell and back. my solution is to just pick alpha and punish that shit with a 3 frame low grab.

When I'm fighting Helena with either Akira or Jacky, 2P is a godsend.
