It's okay as a player to not like TN's decisions, but saying random mad things about it won't change a thing. KT in the business world needs profit to survive and thrive, I think they are doing fine while keeping most players satisfied, me included.
@CumuluZ And that's fine. People being mad over her inclusion isn't my problem as people have the right to be mad and be pissed. My problem comes in when people act so toxic about it, it comes off as completely childish. From the places I've seen, I've only seen maybe 10-20 people actually even ACT rational vs. overemotional nonsense. And that's my problem with this community and what I'm looking at.
I love this man, thank you for being such a boss, some people are never satisfied. there are legit complaints and then there is whining for the sake of whining.
@Crazy_Chin_Guy He kinda is but at the same time, he's more or less speaking of the overall issue and trust me, I'm no saint either when it came to this. The problem I'm finally noticing is the fact that this community seems to not get what the actual problems are and then go completely overboard to the point of it coming off as ridiculous
That is ultimately the problem. Many people love to point the finger of all of DOA's problems at TN, the developers and not notice Tecmo Koei, the company, behind them. This also makes it worse as people love to COMPLAIN more than actually saying/doing something about it which makes it worse. Not liking a character is okay, quitting a game over it is something else.
there is this certain person who defends TN's decision to put this character in, but if it was a VF character he would have overreacted like the majority of the people who dislike this new character.
Honestly, people was overreacting at the VF characters coming into DOA5 beforehand anyway...
I believe there's still a topic in the DOA5U discussion in whether or not them being in was a good thing or not.
@Crazy_Chin_Guy yes i said people should fuck off if they didn't liked the changes and I wouldn't overreact if it was a VF because I wouldn't care and chin you can refer me by my name and not as a "certain person"
You're on the right track. I feel the biggest issue with the DOA community is that any thread related to costumes, DLC or fanservice gets so much fucking attention, but anything related to the development of character tech or MU's gets overlooked. The lack of productive tech-discussion is what hurts the community the most IMHO.
