That's the cool thing about DoA... there is no "Best" thing you can do in that scenario.

It all depends on how your opponent reacts.

A 66T OH is the safest option. An i12 throw will generally yield the most damage against a guarding opponent. Repeated 2P's that are +0 or +1 will pressure them to take action to escape the frametrap. If you don't know how to proceed, 5P, 6P, or 6K are decent pokes with follow-ups for most characters.

depends on your opponent, different people react to GBs in different ways, if you have a read on what they like to do at -2, blow 'em up for it. But the "best option" (ie an option that wont leave you in too much of a bind on block or hit) would be a quick poke to check them, a jab, low jab, or a fast mid are ideal in that scenario

After a +2 GB if not an OH (I'd never use a normal throw from a GB tbh) use a move that the opponent can't outspeed and can't crush.

It's dependant of the character, the GB in question and the opponent. If you specified this, I'd be easier for me to give you my input.

I'd rather not XD the character I was using I'm sure you don't like and don't use at all. But say if this character was Eliot and I did 236P, what could I do to capitalize off that situation, maybe I can use that in a similar way to the character in question

Yeah you should've stated the character since he has no OH's lol. After a +2 GB either engage in his long string pressure or use 214T or 236T on a guarding opponent.

I don't care if it's Naotora. My personal preferences don't dictate whether I want someone to do better in the game or not, plus, you have to know how to play every character if you don't want MU holes in your gameplay. So yes, I have actually played Naotora before.
