maybe it's your chair, or maybe it the way your seated. what kind of chair do you play on and what kind of position do you take when playing? i play on my office chair and when im focused i tend to sit on the edge and lean in heavily, but when it's a chill game (like a turn based rpg) I slouch

In all seriousness though you should experiment with whatever Furniture you got.... Sit on your Siblings if its more comfortable.
Once you got that down then the hours will fly by.
I sold my Console to fix my Rig so I can't sit on the Floor any more..... need to find a new home for my ass.
