Free Step Dodge

In NGB enemies have defensive moves, like moves with hyper armor or a dodge, but they use these moves in addition with other moves that don't have built in defense

In NG3RE every enemy that isn't the grunt version is an overly defensive nightmare. enemies spend so much time i-framing through your offence or just blocking everything you throw at them that you spend too much time trying to lock them down or break their guard (which is pointless cause they block right after you gaurd break them anyway)
