7K does avoid lows but outside of that there really isn't a reason to use it instead 33K and WR K.

since he has much better kick launchers, i can't think of a reason to use it over 9k, WRK, or 33k, maybe just to mix things up, it's one of those launchers that has alot of animation before it hits and that can mess with people who looking for other stuff, espcially if you use it while they're deep stunned

take honokas p during her drunken stance (the front turned one), it's slow (25 frame start up) but their is so much animation before it hits that it can trigger an early reaction out of players, so it's slow speed is actually a benefit because it'll bypass the counter window and hit players who are trigger happy with their counters
