^ true but i'm more talking about how like, Josie switches from kickboxing to that awkward Sentai/Jpop hip wiggle/ arm waving movement style as she "cries" or "worries".

oh you mean like the non-combat animations, meh, im playing katarina and kazumi, theirs' are fine. and im pretty sure josies' "thing" is meant to juxtapose with her fighting stance

i can't figure out what they were going for with Jose, tbh. Her fighting style, "crybaby" gimmick, and style of dress are all mismatched with each other. Like the cutesy outfit and crybaby thing work well together, but then her more confident winposes and actual fighting styles don't fit with those. I just put her in a different outfit and try my best to ignore the "crybaby" stuff.
