    This past year has been all about saying goodbye to me. Saying goodbye to my grandma, saying goodbye to certain friendships, saying goodbye to being closeted. 2018 made me feel really bad because my life is changing but I know that 2019 will be full of new beginnings and opportunities!

    Since 2018 started I always knew that this year would revolve around death and saying goodbye. And it turned out I was right, people did die and I did say goodbye to multiple people and situations

    Sorry to hear about your grandma. I do remember you telling me her health was deteriorating quickly. Change is often hard to accept but also often for the better.

    It’s okay, she passed in April actually. I’ll always have her with me, her ashes are in my house.

    So the PSN ID change update will be available in early 2019. The first ID change is free after that you have to pay $ in order to change it. An option to display your old PSN ID will also be available.

    I never understood why Raidou is so goddamn slow for a ninja. He should get more ninja moves and be faster.

    Overall, Raidou isn't bad but he's not great either. Wouldn't say buffing his speed (except the backdash, that needs to change), but there isn't much safety measures for playing him for being slow other than having Akira-Phase4 damage.

    I may as well play Phase-4 and Akira when I have so much movement and control playing them.

    Still playable though and one of the few characters with an extreme amount of deep stuns. If he lands any of those, chances are you do "have" to guess since most of them are not staggerable. Which is part of his game mostly where he either launches you, or throws you because you held thinking it was the launch. Somewhat fun character, but I can see why people are not into using him aside execution and popularity.

    Raidou isn’t a bad character but it kinda is a shame to me that he is so slow, especially for a ninja. His OH is so slow that it’s almost impossible to use in a actual match. Same with his underworld drop, it’s such a good throw but it’s almost impossible to pull off in an actual match. I love Raidou and will always use him, but I just wish he was a little bit better.

    I still believe Raidou is the strongest character canon wise, sure Ryu is strong but I think in a 1 vs 1 without weapons Raidou would win.

    @Sotherius Maybe you should look into DOA’s lore more often because Ryu distracted Raidou and helped Kasumi during that fight, that’s how Kasumi gained the upper hand during that fight. Without help Kasumi most likely would’ve died back then. Ryu is strong but I think they make Hayabusa stronger than he actually is.

    @TheDragonAwakens I don’t hate him, I just hate how all of his fanboys overhype him.

    I compared Hayabusa with Raidou because Hayabusa is considered the strongest character in the DOA series.

    @Onryoki Dead or Alive Dimensions isn't canon, based on info on the DOA 6 page. Also, even then, Kasumi 1v1'd Raidou and killed him, and then he got resurrected and buffed into zombie mode, and then Ryu helped her. Again, Ryu is leagues above every other DOA character when it comes to power.
