But she doesn't get that though. She isn't at +28 if stomp whiffs. Her stomp leaves her at +15, but you can tech out of it. She has one move that leaves her +5 on block. So what is everyone actually complaining about?

Rachel is not at +28 if the stomp whiffs.... You want to know how I know? Rachel vs Brad Wong. If the stomp hits and Brad tries to jab, he can't interrupt Rachel's 66p. If stomp whiffs and Brad jabs, he can interrupt 66p.

If anyone finds a guaranteed way to hit her ground stomp force tech off of a juggle, PLEASE let me know. I might consider playing this game again if she has one.

BKO Sweep has too much recovery when it whiffs. You will get beaten out if you try and pressure the opponent. BKO 6P was so much better. But like I said, still do the PFT because regardless, it's still her best combo ender. (Unless 66KP(P) will slam opponent on the wall from further distances...

When I originally suggested this stance transition to Team Ninja, I said it should be +3 on block.

BTW, F+K by itself is only +2 now...

You can go into BKO Stance from this move now by holding the 2 direction. When you go into BKO Stance, you are at -1.

A lot of people, and this is only theory, will more than likely still tech up after Handslaps. Honestly, 33p(f)33p4p is a more damaging juggle ender than 236pkp and Handslaps only do a little less damage than 66KPP. So you might as well just go for Handslaps regardless.
