Ah thanks Freenk, not sure what you mean with zip-file? I wanted to start easy so I just modified a single .dds

Ok just tried it again from step 1, same thing still. This is my .dds file: http://www.filedropper.com/christieredhair It makes Christie's hair red. For some reason after exporting it's 4 MB while the source file is 1.3-ish MB and I just altered some colors, but I guess that's not the problem...

Thanks a lot for helping me out, but what you are saying is exactly what I am doing.. The game screen opens when I start DOA, so I assume it's correctly associated. Is there any other solution?

Whoopty-doo. I was so hyped. But now, after those disappointments I may even be annoyed with myself that I didn't cancel my preorder. I still think the game is awesome, but I just really dislike how they treated the PC version. I'd buy a PS4 for it if I didn't think that would be rewarding...

I don't see the point in thinking less of others. I think it's unfair and unrespectful. So I don't see no reason a fighting game should be considered 'less' if it has fanservice. Some people enjoy fanservice, some people enjoy the fight mechanics, it's all fine. Some people like both, also fine...

I will probably buy all official costumes anyway, but maybe if a good clothes mod is created and is allowed I would download and apply it. I see zero harm in that. Modding actually helps sell the game too. What shouldn't happen of course is carbon copies of clothes made by TeamNinja for free...
