I'm beginning to think that he thinks a litle too much. I fear that this will probably impact NG3 negitively.

From a developer's stand point, he's a really smart and controlled guy. Even if he may not be that interested in DOA, but he doesn't sound like one to shit on a project.

It sounds like the team was beginning to question Itagaki's (change in) design decisions during DOA4/X2/NG2... which based off of those three games I could agree with.

Really good interview this guy doe snot give the typical bullshit answers. He seems to be a guy who let's his work talk for him.Rally hoping he gets the team down and ready to really deliver some great games. Because their art and animation are top knotch I think only naughty Dog an d some PC devs are the other on their fidelity level.
Now some may think he thinks too much but I like that, if he has a team that keep him grounded. (Something that Itagaki lacked it seems)
