I have a feeling the Halloween pack will likely be the last DLC pack that includes outfits for the Virtua Fighters. 
I hope I'm wrong. I want Sarah to have at least 20 outfits by the time DLC is done for DOA5LR or at least for the VFers.

Yes! Except the Napoleon costume, it is too cliché. It seems she went to the President house in France and use all the curtains from there to dress.
Poor François Hollande.
I'd take the cartoonish hair bow over the goofy lingerie-thing she wears in 5.
I can't even tell what it is aside from something unsightly.
